We're located in northwest Hillsborough County, about 3 miles north of the Tampa city limits.
We're close to I-275, Florida Ave., Dale Mabry Hwy and Fletcher Ave. We're about 10 minutes from the University of South Florida and University Community Hospital and its surrounding medical offices. Downtown Tampa is about 20 minutes south, and Tampa International Airport is about 5 minutes beyond that. We're also reasonably close to the Veterans' Expressway and the Suncoast Parkway.
In addition, we're only a few miles south of the growing Land O'Lakes/Wesley Chapel area of south Pasco County and State Road 54, a major east-west corridor connecting the coast with the interior. [Maps]
The area surrounding our neighborhood features ponds, lakes and undeveloped wetlands, so you're likely to see hawks, rabbits, possums, armadillos and other wildlife passing through.
For the civilized life, we're surrounded by all kinds of supermarkets and other retailers. Citrus Park Town Center and University Square malls are only a few miles away.
